Logo/Brand
A logo is the main mark of a company. It should be
associated with everything the company produces. It should bring
instant recognition of the company. The logo is the visual roots
of the company
it represents, all visual marketing material such as: website, letterhead,
business card, advertisement, etc… all should carry some visual
elements of the logo such as color, shape, fonts used.
An effective
logo will deliver the message and the essence of the business they
represent with minimal means. This will drive traffic and interest
to the company from new potential clients.
Logo Design Objective
1. Logo should communicate directly to its target
audience
2. Anybody that glances at logo should get and idea of what
company is about
3. Should be something memorable "a mark" of
the company
Process
After our initial meeting with the client, we begin an in-depth
research on the logos of the competition and their target audience
such as: age, gender, race, social status, education level. This
will give us a clear insight on the market of what is out there and
what is needed for our client reach to their target audience.
Concept/Design
At this stage we begin a font study to see what best fonts will
go best with the company’s name and their market. We also begin
sketching in Black and White different possibilities that the logo
can go.
This is presented to the client, where we will choose a direction
for the logo at the client’s best interest. Now we begin to
focus on a direction and begin to refine it. Usually we get other
ideas from that direction that we present to the client. With the
back and forth of ideas we finally settle down with the refined logo
version in black and white. Were its presented to the client at a
large and the smallest possible size that this logo will be legible.
When the Black and White version is approved by the client we create
different color options for the logo. Once the color logo is complete
we give the client a CD with the black and white, color versions
large and small and several format for the client to use.
After the logo
Once your logo is established, it will be a good idea to create
your stationary. We can go ahead and create for you the letterhead,
envelope and business card. Other ideas can be stickers, t-shirts,
and anything else you can think of. Please let us know about this
ahead of time so we can give you a package deal.
